Alvin Rampersand is a Chartered Project Manager and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Full member of the Association for Project Management (APM), a member of the Professional Quantity Surveyors' Council Mauritius (PQSC), an assessor of the RICS, APM and PQSC, a mentor of the APM and now one of the members of the Registration Board of the PQSC as well as a certified EDGE Expert.
